Someone requested more photos of my Nabby from HP Lovecraft’s short story :d

HP Lovecraft - The Colour out of Space. The Farmer’s Wife Nabby is taken by the illness that the Colour brings and goes mad. 

Nabby doll - LaDoll Paperclay, elastic, acrylic paint,  printed cottonfabric, silky kankelon hair falls. She stands on her own and is roughly 40cm high. She’s posable, though her bones are fused together in her wrist for effect.

Research included looking at pompei victims, radiation sickness victims, and holocaust survivors.

The whole doll took me 4 days. At this stage, my doll-making is built-in, like second nature. I’ll have my clay and water out next to my teapot and biscuits watching tv shows - total bliss. ^^
